Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account: email, name and, if you want, a profile photo.
• Trip content: itineraries, days, items, places, notes, expenses and documents you create.
• Approximate location: only while you use place discovery on the map, to show what is nearby. We do not track your location in the background.
• Notifications: a device push token, if you turn on trip reminders.
• Technical data: access logs and request identifiers, for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use the data

• Running the service: authenticating, saving and syncing your itineraries.
• AI features: generating itinerary suggestions from the destination and preferences you give us.
• Essential messages: email verification, password recovery and the reminders you turn on.
• Security: preventing abuse, fraud and unauthorised access.

3. Third parties

We do not sell your data. We use infrastructure providers that process data only to run the service:

• Neon (database) and Cloudflare (network and image storage): hosting.
• Resend: transactional email.
• OpenAI: processing the AI suggestions. We send only the destination and preferences, with no unnecessary personal data.
• Geoapify: place search and maps.
• Google: social sign-in, if you choose it.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete the account at any time from the app, which removes your personal data and the private content of your trips. Minimal security records may be kept for as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consents (such as location and notifications) in your device or app settings. For privacy requests, write to contato@viazee.com.

6. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. When something material changes, we update the date at the top and, where needed, tell you in the app.
