1. The service

Viazee is a platform to plan, share and find trip itineraries. We may change, add or retire features over time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity on your account.
• Give truthful information when you sign up.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the itineraries and content you create. Publishing an itinerary as public grants Viazee a licence to show it to other users inside the platform. You are responsible for what you publish.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal or abusive activity, or anything that violates the rights of others.
• Do not try to bypass limits, overload the infrastructure or reach other users’ data.
• Do not publish offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes copyright.

5. AI features

AI suggestions are guidance and can be inaccurate. Check what matters (opening hours, prices, availability) before making travel decisions.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viazee is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
