Zermatt (antiguamente en francés Praborgne) es una comuna suiza del cantón del Valais, localizada en el distrito de Visp. Es una de las estaciones de esquí más conocidas y exclusivas de Suiza junto con Sankt Moritz, Klosters y Gstaad.
