San Sebastián es un municipio y ciudad española situada en la costa del mar Cantábrico, en el golfo de Vizcaya, y a 20 km de la frontera con Francia. La ciudad es la capital de la provincia de Guipúzcoa, en la comunidad autónoma del País Vasco. Su población es de 189 866 habitantes (INE 2025) y su área metropolitana alcanza los 436 500 (2010).
