Mónaco, oficialmente el Principado de Mónaco, es un micro-Estado, situado en Europa Occidental, constituido en Estado de derecho que profesa el respeto de los derechos y libertades fundamentales, y cuya forma de gobierno es la monarquía constitucional. Su territorio está organizado en nueve distritos residenciales, agrupados en cuatro distritos tradicionales.
